Conflicts

We don't usually consult for competing companies. If we do we will inform the companies concerned and assign different consultants to the accounts, so that information from each client is kept separate and confidential.

Where we have interests, such as investments or special relationships that would affect how we write about and analyze companies, we will disclose them before signing an agreement with a client.

Non-disclosure Agreements

We usually sign non-disclosure agreements when we are working with buyers and sellers of technology products and services.

We don't usually sign non-disclosure agreements with venture capitalists but keep information confidential based on trusted relationships.
